Symposia

We visit the Symposio every night when we are on holiday, we always mean to go somewhere else but never do. Have been going to Sidari now for 7 years and know Nikos and his family very well. Excellent food, bon fillet is superb as well as his King Prawn starter and homemade vegetable soup. You won't find Bisto or Oxo cube in his restaurant, every sauce is prepared from scratch. Will be back to see him in September, can't wait.

We found this restaurant near the beginning of our 2 week stay in Sidari - we returned nearly every night. The Food is excellent - all Greek dishes - were suberb and served with greek roasted potatoes and carrots, beetroot and salad - very good. The Bon Fillet steaks were the best we have ever had. Our son found the pizzas good. House Dry white wine went down well too.
The owner (Nick) and Spiros the waiter were very friendly and made us very, very welcome.
Recommend this restuarant to any one looking for lovely greek food.

Excellent meal, though the wine was a bit dodgy (avoid med.sweet unless you particularly like "sweet"). Fish & prawns in red sauce and meze for 2 were excellent. Melon and ice-cream were ok but yoghurt and honey ended a bit sickly.

Popular restaurant and the odd (!) greek eats here too.

Symposio,simply has the best steaks in sidari.

We had our evening meal here in Sidari.....we were totally fed up with chips...luckily the chef here doesn't cook them. We had the Captains steak which was fillet steak with a lovely tomato and garlic sauce with prawns on top...delicious but not enough....next year make the portions bigger.
