Me and 2 of my best mates went to Sailor's Apartments in Kavos the 1st week in August, and on the whole it was just what we wanted. We arrived in the extremely early hours of the morning and had drunken men saying "welcome to turkey" as we got off the coach, and thought OMG this is a dump! But... how we were proved wrong!!! It is definately a holiday for people who want to enjoy the nightlife, as Sailors is located right on the main strip... ideal!!! Our apartment was good, two twin rooms both with ensuite - i got the one ensuite... made life easier for me when getting ready! The rooms led onto a double balcony which overlooked the main strip... across the road from Sailors is a bar with big tv screen - films, tv and sport 24/7 - very loud! but useful if you want a bit of entertainment other than lounging by the pool in the day! There are two pools nearby, we tended to use the hotels next door pool, make sure you bring lots of 3 Euros - cost of having a sunbed for both pools! The rooms were cleaned everyday - although i never saw them!!! I reccommend hiring fans for each of your bed rooms as it is very hot with no air con - and lots of mosquitos - as i found when i kept waking up with bites all over me!! The After Bar nearby is fantastic - open 24/7 - what more could you ask for!!! I feel asleep there one night! haha!

 

It was a great holiday, met good groups of people! If you want some fun i reccommend going on the Bar Crawl with the hotel next door and the Foam Party with them too... as theyre great chances to meet lots of people and get very drunk!!!!
