Canal D Amour Hotel (Christos Apts) - (Accommodation in Sidari)

Absolutely second to none. Christos & the many Spiros' who run the place make you feel like one of the family & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotless (until we unpacked!!) & large, with everything you'd realistically need. The pool is lovely, quite deep in part but safe enough for kids to enjoy safely. If the pool is not for you, the beach is literally 20 yards away, in its own secluded cove.

There are cliffs to jump off for the adventurous, but not on a blowy day as it's quite hard to get out. I did it a few times resulting in a badly bruised backside, (stopped me having to go horseriding).

The food in the on site restaurant is freshly cooked & bloomin' luvverly, especially the pork kebab in pitta. The bar is quite small but the service is great, and the prices low.
If you're a nightlife lover, it is only a 5-10 minute stroll to Sidari's main bar area....but do be careful of the drivers as there are no pavements for quite a way.

Mythos - (Restaurants in Sidari)

Only ate here once but that's because we didn't hear about it till midway through our second week. This place has to serve the largest portions ever.....when our order came out on two dustbin lids(), I thought it must be a set meal for a different table.

The quality was absolutely outstanding, perfectly cooked and obviously freshly cooked.
One bit of advice is to get there while it's a bit quieter as with so many customers, it can take a while for your order to arrive. This is NOT a criticism as you can see how hard the staff are working, and they do get to you as soon as they can.....plus we got a free drink due to having had to wait.

I can't remember what we had, but looking around, I could see everyone was enjoying their meals, so make your own decisions on what you fancy.
Don't take too much money....you won't need it!!

Sea Breeze Restaurant - (Restaurants in Sidari)

Large portions but I don't believe that everything is freshly cooked to order. Our order was ready in just a few minutes and while you'd not normally moan at that, just seemed a bit too quick for the meals to be prepared & cooked. The quality of the food was good & the staff were courteous enough, but more interested in getting bums on seats than seeing if you were happy.

The computerised order taking was a novelty, but judging by the amount of orders being sent back around us, not everything or everyone is working as it should.
Probably wouldn't go back, but more because we found other places to eat than anything that was served up.
