Hi,

We have recently been to the Beis Beach Hotel, and loved it! There is now no charge for poolside sunbeds or umbrellas, and the pool at the back of the complex is the nicer one.
We went all-inclusive, on a last minute booking, and were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of our room, the hotel staff, the excellent food, and, of course the free flowing drinks from 10am to 11pm. The beach is a pebble beach, although further along, into Acharavi, it becomes more sandy. The sea is very clear and clean.
It is a very quiet resort, which is perfect for a chilled out week in the sun. There are plenty of day excursions to be had, but go into the town and book directly - don't use your rep, as the prices are much higher.
We would definitely recommend Beis Beach Hotel

This is a privately owned hotel. The owners live in Athens and spend a couple of months a year at the hotel, during the summer months. We had agreat time at this hotel. Our room was in the main reception block which was nice an quite and on the cool side of the building. Rooms were very clean, as were the gardens and all the staff fantastic, nothing was too much for them. Get to know the pool bar staff and join in the fun.
The hotel food was good quality considering it is self service. The only draw back was that they stopped serving at around 8.45pm. Their is a small charge for the pool and beach sun beds.
If you like noise you can find it by walking into the town (short 5min walk) or stroll the beach front and drop into the taverners. (check out Liberty's - still serves food at 1.30am great food and good value - we met the hotel owners son here one evening!. The hotel put's on one or two evening events, the Greek night and mad caberet were good fun.
Not too many English, (good news for us) mostly Germans but we also met French,Italian and Americans.
If you like quite and relaxation this is for you. We were told that the hotel is going all inclusive next year.

Beis Beach is a very nice "B Class" Hotel with good facilities. I found the staff both knowledgeable & helpful. The Hotel has Rooms, suites and self catering appartments. The only small comment I would make is that they charge a small fee for the use of pool sunbeds. However there are a number of local pools who do not, the nearest is the Amorossa, just 5 minutes up the beach from Beis Beach. Beis Beach: www.beisbeach.gr Amorossa: www.sonic-bar.co.uk/amorossa
