My family spent 2 weeks here in August we were very happy with the appartment but unhappy with the travel company Direct Holidays. We had paid for an appartment to sleep 2 adults and 3 children and paid full price for all of the children, when we arrived at the appartments we found that maximum occupancy was 4 and one of the children was required to sleep on z bed. There were only 4 chairs, bowls cups etc, all of which was immediately rectified by the lovely owner of the appartments. The travel company were unconcerned and belived we had been catered for. I found it unacceptable to have 5 in an appartment for 4 at full price and believe we should have been given a reduction for one of the children.
We have just returned after spending two weeks here. On arrival we were very unhappy with the apartment we were renting, it was upstairs on the front of the bulding, the balcony faced on to the road but you couldn't see the road for very large trees, it was very dark and not very clean. The GOOD points were the towels and linen changed regulary and the bins emptied every day. The BAD points were the pool area wasn't very good, the choice of snacks weren't very good and the bar wasn't open on a night time so you didn't get a chance to make friends with other holiday makers. I don't think these apartments are 3 star as advertised in Direct Holidays brochure.
We went a couple of years ago and it was amazing. It's definetly a family place but don't worry if you have teens there are a few bars to go to. The Harbour is literally minutes away and beautiful day and night. If you get the oportunity take the boat trip to corfu town, its a lovely way to travel and the town is full of shops and a MCDONALDS.
is it very hilly?is the walk to the harbour longer than stated in brochure?are there plenty of mini markets to purchase supplies from, going there sept. this year.We are regulars to Kefalonia, kassiopi sounded so nice that we decided we would go for a change this hol.We love greek food and the people, are we going to be dissapointed?
We went back to Kassiopi this year just like we said, and loved it just as much as last year if not more! The apartments are perfect. Perfect location, perfect pool, perfect service. So perfect we've booked again for yet another year. Like I mentioned earlier, I don't think these apartments are in any brochures any more but I will be pleased to pass on contact details if anyone wants them.

I've been to kassiopi three times now and frossini gardens is posibaly the best acomadation in corfu. it has a very freindly feel to it and the owner mr spiros is a very frendly man who speaks english fluently.
Stayed August 25 - September 8 03 - Go to Kasioppi twice a year and Frossini Gardens was very good - Bathrooms include a BATH, Halogen lighting so you can see to shave etc. and stay dry when you use the shower - bins emptied daily & there is optional air conditioning @ 6 Euro a day - sun beds by the 20 meter pool were 2 Euro per day - OK some pools are free but Frossini has a large garden area where you can avoid the noise and water if you want - They are available as a package through Direct Holidays & Direct Greece in 2004 but you can book direct via Kosta in the Travel Corner @ www.Kassiopi.com - Well recommended
We're just back from Kassiopi last night, 28th July 2003. First time there and were blown away - ITS FANTASTIC. We liked it so much we have rexerved an apartment at the Frosini Gardens for next year. We didn't stay there this year but it looks so good we're going! Perfect location, lovely pool, perfect for kids (ours will be 16 & 10 next year). The owner, Spiros, let us in to see an apartment - very nice. Be warned, if you want to go next year, Spiros told us he's going private after this summer so speak to him for next year.
Just come back from Frosini Gardens 21/07/03, good location, apartments are the best we have stayed in at Kassiopi, pool excellent
we took no children but the apartments are ideal for famlies and couples.Never found a bad place to eat. But do visit Little Italy.
I stayed at Frosini Gdns with my three children. It was our first time in Corfu and we loved it. Frosini Gdns Apartments are very good. The rooms are basic but very clean and there is everything you need there. The rooms are cleaned every day. The pool and gardens are lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back. The beaches and town are just a few mins walk away. Make a point of visiting Bolero's Taverna. The food and atmosphere is great and the owner and hist staff are very friendly.
We are going to frossini Garden appartments on 1st sept(03) Can anyone tell me what there is to do there and what the appartments are like ? I have 3 children (13,9,3) How far the beach is and what is the food like ? We have never been to Corfu so any info anyone has would be great

Are balconies private? Are table and chairs on balcony? Any other info on these apartments would be appreciated. Thanks.
Frosini gardens is a very good place to go if you like a bit of peace and quiet. there is a nice size pool and one for the kiddies. the hotel bar is quite big with a bar and a pool table. food is served and is cheap. the apartments are clean but not a decent size. reccomended!
we didnt actually stay there but i know where it is..its a decent place
