My boyfreind and i age 19 and 21 are going to st georges on the 29th of august and we are staying in the angelos appartments. does anyone have any information on the appartment and is there any couples going there at the same time that would like to meet up. Is the 'la la' bar in st georges or in sidari?

I went to st georges between the 29th august and the 13th september with my boyfriend and it was brilliant.
Beach- was very clean and it wasn't too crowded. The sea was very safe, brilliant for children but there wasn't many children about at that time of year. Look out for the dopey alsation roaming about.

Resort- very quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of stary cats and dogs about so if u dont like animals i dont recomend going there. There were a lot of wasps but didnt really cause too much stress. Make sure u take mozzie repelent as they will eat you alive.

Bars/clubs- there is one club called oh la la's which was ok but there was a really great bar called the retreat which was fairly cheap and u have a great laugh with the quiz and kareoke. Stamatis was a good place to drink during happy hour after that it is quite expensive. amstel bottle 2 euros happy hour it was 1 euro wine is very cheap and cocktails are 3 euros during happy hour.

Food- the food was really nice i recommend the balcony, makis, a pizza place on the sea front beautiful pizzas, the blue sea and manos. they are all resonably priced nut manos was the cheapest and great service, makis was expensive but u pay for what u get there i had great king prawns. you will pay about 6 euros for a meal in all of these except makis and the blue sea but they do great cheap specials. a half litre of wine is between 2 and 4 euros depends where u go. the pizza place on the front was the cheapest for wine at 2 euros.

Money- the euro has made things more expensive but it is still really cheap if u look aroung. do not go to the iron dragon chinese restaurant as it is awful and expensive. beers are pricey when happy hour finishes. cigarettes are cheap.

Weather- it was boiling during the first week but it got a lot cooler during the second week and it did pour down with rain and had thunder storms a couple of times. i wouldn't go on the second week of september for just the week as it wasn't too nice. some people came then for a week and were dissapointed because they couldn't get a great tan but they do show great cinema films in the pubs when it rains so i had a great time.

would i go again?????? deffo i had a great time and say hi to george in the retreat for me please!
