Damias Yard

the food at damias yard is quite simply the best the meze dishes are superb the service friendly and the surroundings relaxing children are welcome with their own area to play

We had a lovely meal at Damias Yard - we stayed at Louisa apts just down the road - this was the first greek meal we had in Corfu.

would certainly try here again - in fact are coming back next year so we shall give it a try again.

dose anyone know where i can book the damias apartments (which tour operator)

Damia's yard is run by Spiros as Damia now runs a local hotel, Spiros her husband is very pleasing trying very hard to speak English ( it is a lot better than most peoples Greek that are visiting give him a chance). Can highly recomend the meze meals for two great value for money and most people are filled by this, comes with starter and a half caraffe of wine. Limited english menu but that is not what you go to damia's yard for. service by his female waitress Angela (we nicknamed her Tik Tok) is slow and can be awkward as she forgets things and has to come back and ask again, just makes for an evenings entertainment in its own. set just slightly outside of the main canal d'mour area, it is great as you are not pestered by the evening travelling band of guitar players. If you visit once you will go back, eat, relax and enjoy.

The best restaurant in Sidari!!!!!!!!!!

Damias Yard was by far the best food we had in our two week stay in Sidari. The food, service and company was excellent we will be going back when we return in 2005

we ate here once on our two week holiday as we tried to eat somewhere different every night and we were never dissapointed anywhere, we had the greek meat meze for two at this restaurant and it was really nice, worth a visit, its down the canal d amour area which we found to be better for food than the busier end of sidari
