Could not ask for better weather! We went to Aspro Kavos on May 9th 2003 and the weather was amazing! Sunny, bright blue skies and a slight breeze. I love Corfu!

well it was my first time in corfu and i had heard stories about open sewers/stench/18-30 p**s heads etc so i made my own mind up.
me and my 14 year old daughter stayed in the acrodelon appts about a twenty min walk from kavos.the appts were fab, basic but clean and friendly! the walk to kavos was so pretty, a night thousands of fire flys come out. kavos was a bit mad after 11.30pm,so we went back to the appts. we found the food cheap and cheerful, drinks normal prices but on the whole a nice cheap and cheerful week away.
the weather was amazing, 100 degrees every day.
the beach was full of seaweed but we were warned about this before going and the hotels did come out everyday and move as much as possible. if your looking to see greece at its finest, you know you aint gonna find it in kavos,i loved it and have booked the same hotel and week next year.
