hello just got back from the daskalos and i thought it was really good, nice location right on the beach even though the beach isnt that nice theres loadsa of seaweed but still very close. the apartments overall are okay there clean and of a good size and well looked after but theres no air con in some of them. The maid comes nearly everyday and will come in if ure sleeping or not so BEWARE!
the location is great close to many resturants and just down the road the main strip with all the bars and clubs which are very good! haggle wit the PR's to get ureself a good deal on drinks.
the pool is of a good size and theres food severed all day everyday.
overall its a very nice place to stay and i would recommened to stay there! | |

daskalos is the best place i have stayed... EVER. bella yannnis and our little georgie... oh how i miss them. the location of the apartments are great, right on the beach and 5 minutes from the strip (well probably about 15 once you have been stopped by all the PR's), but its far enough so you can chill out in the day. the pool area is really nice, oh and the foods nice and grown fresh!! we didnt know where we were going and had seen no pictures so we thought we were gonna be stayin in a right dump, but i couldnt have asked for anywhere better to stay!!!! hope this helps ppl!!! | |

Hello we stayed at these apartments a few years ago and it was fantastic, we have also tried finding a way to contact Yannis and his wife. We were made to feel so welcome and even had a barbeque with his family and friends on the last nite of our holiday. If anybody has gotten in contact with them could you let us know. x  | |

We went May/June 05
The Daskalos was in great location, just off the main strip and right next to the beach. The beach isn't teh best and is covered with seaweed which doesn't smell too great after the sun has been on it all day. Also next to the apts is a water inlet which was having maintenance work done so it was a bit muddy and difficult to cross.
The owners are lovely and the staff keep things really tidy although they do insist on shutting all the windows so when you get back the room is like a sauna.
Its just far enough from the strip that you dont get the noise but its not far to walk, and the pool is great. We met loads of cool people and had a great time. Only downside is there's not much to do during the day apart from sunbathe/swim, go to video bars or water-sports.

| I went to the Daskalos for 2 weeks on the 27th July. It is amazing!!!!!!! Me and my friends had a 2 bed apartment which was really big for greece accomodation and meant we always ended up with all the lads from the apartments coming up to ours. Yannis and Bella are the owners and they are so lovely, even though Yannis always pushed us in the pool. The Daskalos is right on the beach and only a 5 min walk from the main centre of town. If your going to Kavos these are the apartments to go to!! | ||||||||||

Im of to Daskalos Apartments this year 2005 will be leaving this friday, cant f**kin wait. be good laf to see Jo who is a geordy as i am fromk Liverpool and a typical scouser will be good laf. some of your comments got me thinkin bit but i gather you are being abit picky so cant wait and piss up is on da way  |

| hi melanie i stayed at the daskalos las june.... It is really nice accomodation, nice pool n big rooms! The owner is a geordy (married 2 a greek) they are both really nice n make u feel really welcome! The apartments r rite on the beach and is in a really sound location... bout 3 minute walk 2 the strip (so u can get a bit of piece and quiet wen u want it!) The beach aint as bad as people say.... has got a fair bit of seaweed but the owners of the apartments always clean it up in a mornin. Im stayin next 2 the daskalos ths yr (the umbrellas- from the 9th august) hope this helps!! | ||||||||||
