well what can i say yes the rooms are basic but thats what we expected. me and my husband had a great time. panos,terry and tanya were gems if you ever needed anything they were there. where the appartments were was a 20 min walk from town so it was a case of get up take a walk into town for a bit of food have a few drinks and get a taxi back. kavos is kavos a clubbing town so the smell of the morning after the night before can be expected. but the comlex is good enuff to just get up jump in the pool and chill out at the bar all day till you are ready to go out. aqua land trip was good and so was the booz cruze to the blue lagoon. loved it so much that were going back next year with a few friends in tow to see panos. go to this place its great!!!!!! panos was such a sweet he wouldnt go to bed untill he knew you were all in ok from your night out. bless him. a lovely lovely man. | ||||||||||

Just got back from Nikos apartments or (Nicolas Club apartments as they are called in the Olympic brochure), had the best two week holiday of my life! we expected the apartments to be basic but they were fine and always very clean! Panoss and his family made us feel so welcome and we were greeted with open arms when we arrived at 5am! the pool is free and a nice size. The apartments are in blocks and are situated right next to the beach with a 24 hour bar which is always a bonus! Its a half an hour walk from the taxi rank in Kavos or 6 euros in a taxi, but it was nice to get away from the hustle and bussle of the centre of Kavos! for a bit of peace and quiet. Would recommend the Tex Mex/Puff the magic dragon restaurant in Kavos and Michaels Restaurant or Steak and Chicken 2 minutes walk from the apartments. | ||||||||||

| What a holiday... Got back from HELL!!!. I have just arrived back home after the worst holiday of my life and that is no lie... I have travelled to many countries in the past from America to India and I can honestly say that Kavos is the worst place to visit on this planet. If you have one ounce of class you would not waste your time or money visiting such a hell hole. In one week we managed get on average 4 hours sleep a night due to noise (girls screaming, lads fighting, doors smashing, windows breaking etc)... Please, please, please avoide this place at all costs. The only good thing about these apartments was Flamingo bar opposite which is run by a very friendly Irish women and her Greek husband. | ||||||||||

| This is the worst holiday we've ever had, although the appartment was clean and tidy, when we arrived we had blood stained sheets dirty towels and no toilet paper(which arriving at 4.00am isn't funny) We didn't get 1 nights sleep as others in the block (of 6 rooms) always came in drunk knocking on doors screaming, shouting and not having any repect for others in the block. They would be doing this twice a night for around 45 mins / 1 hour every night. 1 group at 03.45 and the other group at 06.00. Although the appartments we're a walk away from Kavos it was still too close for comfort, We heard of Rapes, Thefts, Muggings, and that ALL happenend in just 1 week that we were there. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..... EVEN WORSE THAN FALIRAKI | ||||||||||

| our room was really modern and airy in the yellow block, but the others looked a bir dodgy!!!!!! the pool was nice, but payin gfor the sun beds was stupid, but is the norm in kavos!!! it is a bit far out, but if you don't want to be in the thick of kavos it is great highly recommended!!!!! | ||||||||||

| Nikos apartments was nice. Loverly pool and out the loud centre of Kavos.Is abit noisy as its on the main road but a real nice place to be. Its expensive in side the apartment but nice and clean with a little area to eat etc. U also have to pay for sunbeds every day, and pool isnt free like most places in Kavos. Loverly place to stay and would recomend it if you wanted abit of quiet now and then | ||||||||||

| I returned from Kavos early yesterday morning and i really wish I had booked to stay for another week. It was the holiday of a lifetime. The apartments were gorgeous and very clean although we had 2 pay 2 Euros to use a sunbed - I mean, wots that all about? We were situated on a main road which was very noisy but nobody seemed 2 complain as we were all 2 exhausted from the night before to worry. The town center with the main night life was a 45 minute walk. My advise is do yourself a favour and take a taxi for 6 euros. The best part of the holiday was meeting this guy who was aboslutly amazing. If he ever reads this, i just want him 2 know that he made my holiday the best ever - THANKYOU - ITS BIN LUSH!
